Administrative Meditations
“Listen to What You Say”
Proverbs 21:23 Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.
Emotional situations sometimes create emotional responses. When emotion is dominating a conversation, it is better for the administrator to guard their mouth and tongue. It is a good practice to not allow words spoken in emotion to occur. It is an art that the experienced administrator understands will keep his mind, will, and emotions out of trouble and that is where the successful leader wants to stay.
