Administrative Meditations

” Don’t Toot Your Own Horn”

Proverbs 27:2

Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips.

The wise administrator has the ability to let others take the credit for successes. These leaders understand that self praise only leads to negativity. Hold your tongue when you are tempted to give yourself credit as an administrator and you will reap far more than any self acclaimed accolades could ever bring.
