Proverbs 17:27

He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit

As administrators we sometimes think that we must have all the answers. This is far from true, as a fact of practice, it is better to listen and speak a very few well selected words than to ramble. The successful leader understands the power in picking your words correctly and to do so is such an exhilarating experience!
